Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Each product is handcrafted, so in rare cases, additional time may be required. We will inform you in such cases.
Delivery Time
- Domestic Shipping (India) 5–10 business days
- International Shipping 10–20 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)
- We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders within India above ₹999.
- Actual shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.
- International shipping charges are calculated based on location and order weight.
Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
Return & Replacement Policy
Return Eligibility
- We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Small imperfections or variations in design/finish (as they are part of the handcrafted charm)
- Used or altered products
Return Process
- Email us at info@hastashilpa.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9655610013 with your order ID and issue details.
- Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or guide you to return the item.
- Return must be sent in original packaging and unused condition.
Replacement or Refund
- After inspection, we will offer a replacement, or refund (In case of out of stock applicable).
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
